To upgrade your order, follow the above steps, then return an item using the provided shipping label, in undamaged, unmodified and in it's original condition including original documents, grading reports and/or certificates. If you cannot provide such documents, a $150 replacement fee may be charged. You will receive a 100% pre-tax credit in the amount that you originally paid Company for such item provided that you apply the credit immediately to another of diamondwish.com jewelry qualifying item priced at 1.5x greater value in case of natural diamonds and 2x greater value in case of Lab Grown Diamonds. You will receive a 100% credit of the original amount paid towards any new purchase when you upgrade your Lab grown Diamond jewelry purchase to another Lab grown diamond jewelry item of your choice of 2x greater value and natural diamond jewelry to another natural diamond jewelry item of 1.5x greater value. Custom made and specially modified jewelry is excluded from the Lifetime Upgrade Program. In case of International orders, the customer is responsible for applicable shipping fees, duties and taxes, when shipping the item from old order back to us.
