Upgrade Your Purchase - Anytime!
When you shop with Diamond Wish you can shop with confidence knowing that any loose natural diamond, loose lab grown diamond, engagement ring setting and diamond stud purchase will retain its full paid value and will be eligible for our free Lifetime Upgrade Program. We are proud to offer our customers peace of mind knowing they can simply upgrade to any new existing diamond, engagement ring setting or diamond stud earring item from our vast collection. Guaranteed.
You will receive a 100% pre-tax credit of the original amount paid towards any new purchase when you upgrade your Lab Grown Diamond item to another Lab Grown Diamond item of 2x greater value or Natural Diamond item to another Natural Diamond item of 1.5x greater value. To receive the full amount paid on eligible upgrades the original documents, grading reports and certificates must be returned and the item must be in like-new condition, free of any damage. If you cannot provide such documents at the time of upgrade a $150 replacement fee may be charged, so be sure to keep all paperwork for safe keeping.

RETURN THE OLD - GET THE NEW
Return instructions and an insured return shipping label will be emailed to you. Simply ship the old item back and then we will ship your new upgraded item to you.
LIFETIME UPGRADE POLICY TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Lifetime upgrades are eligible towards any in-stock, non-custom, paid-in-full products. Upgrades are not available on all other products sold by Diamond Wish including, but not limited to, colored gemstones, non-diamond jewelry and fashion jewelry. To upgrade your order, follow the above steps, then return an item using the provided shipping label. Custom made and specially modified jewelry is excluded from the Lifetime Upgrade Program. In case of International orders, the customer is responsible for applicable shipping fees, duties and taxes, when shipping the item from the old order back to us.
