REPAIRS

All fine jewelry is affected by normal wear and tear, especially rings, as they are often worn for long periods of time and sometimes during activities that could put stress or pressure on them. Daily impact and trauma can result in a loss of stones, missing prongs or even loss of the entire item. These types of repairs are not covered under our manufacturing warranty and may incur a cost. FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

We offer a 30-Day hassle free return/exchange policy and stand behind every fine jewelry item we sell. With a goal of 100% satisfied customers, you may return any new jewelry item in its original, unworn condition, accompanied with all the original documentation that came with your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Simply email us your order information specifying if you want a return or exchange and we will send you a prepaid return label, via UPS insured 2 day shipping, and we’ll handle the rest. RING RESIZING

In case you can’t get her exact ring size and want to keep the element of surprise, we will happily resize your ring to her exact measurement at no charge within the first 30 days after purchase, including free shipping both ways (US Orders). Please keep in mind, it’s far better to resize a ring down than up in size. Read more for sizing help.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free 2-Day shipping and free returns on all US orders using only trusted shippers. All orders will be shipped insured and purchases over $300 will require a signature upon delivery. Please note the processing time for orders is different from shipping times and some orders may need more time to ship.
