To schedule your 50 minute complimentary virtual appointment with one of our jewelry consultants simply select the type of appointment you are interested in, choose from Engagement Rings, Wedding Rings or Fine Jewelry and Gifts virtual visit options by clicking the schedule now button. Next, select the date and time from the available time slots on the appointment calendar that works best for you. We will ask you to provide your basic contact information, like your email address and phone number, so we can send you a meeting invitation for a virtual visit or set up a telephone appointment. And that's it!
During Your Virtual Appointment
You will receive personalized service from one of our jewelry experts customized to your needs. We can show you a range of jewelry pieces to help you narrow down your dream piece and offer guidance to make sure the item you choose is the perfect fit for you. We can help you choose a center diamond or gemstone, narrow down the options of styles and even assist you in custom designing your dream ring or fine jewelry item. We can give you style suggestions based on your preferences, provide educational information and even offer jewelry care instructions.

Once you choose your appointment type you will be given a video appointment link to join wherever is convenient for you.
